What we collect
What singcats receives depends on what you use, what you choose to share and which permissions you allow.
- Account information such as your username, email address or phone number.
- Profile information such as your profile picture, bio and gender when you choose to provide them.
- Posts, photographs, videos, messages and other content you choose to share.
- Approximate or precise location when you give singcats location permission.
- Subscription, service and payment-related information.
- Basic technical information needed to operate, secure and maintain the application.
Location
When you allow it
If you give singcats location permission, your approximate or precise location may be used while you are using the application.
Location helps features such as maps, location-aware posts and services such as rides.
When creating a post, a location may be suggested. You can clear it before posting if you do not want the location shown with your post.
You can change location permission anytime through your device settings.
Sharing
Profiles, posts and messages
Information you place on your profile or publish to the Feed may be visible to other users.
Messages and media sent through chat are used to deliver conversations to the people involved.
Basically, what you choose to post is what other people may see.
Services
Subscriptions and payments
singcats provides services that may include paid subscriptions.
When you sign in, singcats may automatically create or retrieve a customer profile with a payment provider. This allows subscriptions and payments to work when you choose to use them.
Payment providers handle sensitive payment information such as your full card details. singcats may keep information needed to manage your customer profile, subscription status, services and payment records.
Running singcats
Who helps us
singcats uses service providers for things such as authentication, cloud hosting, databases, storage, notifications, location features and payments.
They may process information where needed to provide those services.
singcats does not sell your personal information.
Information may also be preserved or disclosed where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, protecting users or complying with applicable law.
Your Choice
You stay in control
You decide what you post and which device permissions you grant.
Permissions such as location, camera, microphone, photos and notifications can be changed through your device settings.
You may also ask us to correct or delete personal information associated with your account, subject to information we reasonably need to keep for security, fraud prevention, legal or operational requirements.
Your Account
Delete your account
You can request deletion of your singcats account and the personal information associated with it.
If you still have the application, use the account deletion option available from your account settings.
If you no longer have access to the application, you can request deletion by email.
We may ask for enough information to confirm that the account belongs to you before deleting it.
Some records may be kept where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention or legitimate operational reasons.
Updates
If something changes
singcats may update this page when the application, services or the way information is handled changes.
